HANSA – A Premium Residence is looking for a creative, dynamic, and results-driven Marketing Specialist to strengthen our brand presence, enhance guest engagement and support business growth.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies and promotional campaigns for hotel rooms, Food & Beverage, events, banquets, and others.
- Conduct market research and analyze customer behavior, competitor activities, and hospitality market trends.
- Manage digital marketing activities, including Facebook, Instagram, Google, websites, email marketing, and other online platforms.
- Create engaging content for social media, websites, newsletters, promotional materials, presentations, and press releases.
- Manage and enhance HANSA’s social media presence and online brand reputation.
- Work closely with Sales, Food & Beverage, Front Office, and Operations teams to execute marketing initiatives.
- Develop relationships with corporate clients, media, influencers, travel partners, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor campaign performance and customer feedback and online reviews and prepare regular marketing reports.
- Coordinate with external agencies, photographers, designers, and other vendors for marketing activities.
- Support hotel events, exhibitions, promotional activities, partnerships, and seasonal campaigns.
- Ensure all marketing communications maintain HANSA’s brand standards.
- Stay updated with the latest hospitality, tourism, social media and digital marketing trends.
Requirements
- Experience: 2-3 years
- Education: bachelor of business administration in marketing
- Skills: hospitality marketing, hospitalitymanagement, hospitality consulting, hotel management, marketing skills, marketing event planning, marketing c&aign management, global marketing, luxury brand marketing
