Marketing Senior Specialist Advisor

About This Role

This role involves leading global marketing efforts for NTT DATA's Generative AI offerings, requiring coordination with leadership across global and regional levels. The specialist will develop an understanding of Generative AI concepts and NTT DATA's specific activities, offerings, and value proposition in this area. This role suits an experienced marketing professional capable of creating and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with other marketing, sales, and business leaders to generate demand
• Provide direction and oversight to less experienced team members
• Interact directly with analysts and other stakeholders
• Interact directly with senior leaders to review PL and adjust marketing strategies
• Lead cross-functional product teams
• Input marketing mix recommendations into the planning process based on best practices and campaign analytics
• Integrate with regions and regional sales to ensure campaign objectives are understood and communicated, campaign milestones hit, and in-period adjustments made based on requirements and/or market shifts
• Establish campaign KPIs, dashboards, and communications cadence to BUs, regions, and sales on performance
• Localize and adapt global content and programs that achieve sales demand through print and electronic collateral, sales training, client research, and client briefings

Requirements

• Ideally 12-15 years of marketing experience
• Demonstrated strategic focus
• Excellent influencing skills
• Cross-functional marketing experience
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English
• Experience in digital marketing, web, content syndication, messaging, email, and overall demand generation capabilities
• Ability to work with business leaders and subject matter experts to execute awareness and demand generation programs that drive pipeline and support business growth
