Marketing Project Position – Qualifications

Position: Marketing Project
Location: Indonesia / United States (depending on project requirements)

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, project management, business development, or a related position.
• Proven ability to plan, execute, and evaluate marketing projects from start to finish.
• Strong understanding of marketing strategy, campaign management, project targets, and KPIs.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and coordination skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, clients, vendors, and business partners.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, content marketing, and marketing analytics.
• Ability to conduct market and competitor analysis and prepare project performance reports.
• Strong problem-solving, leadership, time-management, and organizational skills.
• Fluent in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.
• Willing to travel to the United States and other countries for business purposes when required.

U.S. Visa Requirements

• Must hold a valid U.S. visa.
• Able to travel to the United States for business meetings, business development activities, marketing events, client visits, or project-related activities.
• Must hold a valid passport.
• Candidates are responsible for ensuring that their visa status and entry authorization are appropriate for the intended purpose of travel and comply with applicable U.S. immigration regulations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing international marketing projects or campaigns.
• Previous experience working with U.S.-based companies or clients.
• Experience organizing events, exhibitions, partnerships, or business networking activities.
• Understanding of the U.S. market and consumer behavior.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other marketing tools.
