About the role
Essential Responsibilities / Duties:
Quarterly Reporting
- Produce quarterly performance reports that translate data into clear narratives for internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with counterparts across marketing and communications channels to represent the full Product of impact.
- Compile quantitative data and project summaries that demonstrate the impact of Marketing and Communications initiatives.
- Build and publish the quarterly reporting webpage, supporting email, and Tableau dashboards.
- Manage the approvals process to ensure timely and accurate distribution.
Website Analytics
- Monitor performance across both sites on a regular basis, proactively surfacing issues, wins, and optimization opportunities.
- Configure custom event tracking and UTM parameters to ensure clean, reliable data collection.
- Build team capacity by training members on analytics tools and UTM creation best practices.
- Deliver regular data pulls and ad hoc analysis that inform content and campaign decisions.
- Create and maintain dashboards for clinical teams and lead ad-hoc analysis meetings with stakeholders.
Conversion Rate Optimization
- Tableau dashboard design, creation, and reconciliation for data visualization of patient journey.
- Ensure accurate, reliable data flows from available databases to support downstream reporting and analysis.
- Use data visualization in Tableau to proactively communicate marketing campaign successes, areas for improvement, and create patient journey mapping.
- Work internally and across teams to ensure data is useful and informing daily work.
Campaign Tracking
- Ensure every campaign launches with clean, consistent tracking in place and UTM codes aligned across all channels and teams.
- Serve as a cross-departmental resource for tracking standards, helping teams set up campaigns for accurate measurement.
SEO
- Strengthen organic search performance through keyword research, rank monitoring, and schema improvements.
- Ensure web content is positioned for discoverability by maintaining an updated, well-structured SEO foundation.
- Contribute to LLM and AI search readiness by feeding our enterprise AI platform with relevant terms and capturing learnings over time.
- Support platform management across SEO tools.
Local SEO
- Maintain the integrity and accuracy of location data across all listings, resolving duplicates, broken links, and outdated information.
- Drive location optimization initiatives including naming convention consistency and license management.

Education:
Bachelor's degree (required).
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in web analytics, campaign reporting, and SEO.
- 1–2 years of experience with AEO and GEO or demonstrated knowledge of optimizing content for AI-driven search experiences such as Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, or Claude.
- Preference given toward candidates with agency experience and healthcare experience, or similarly regulated industry.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (KSA):
- Proficiency in web analytics platforms, including Piwik, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
- Experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush.
- Familiarity with Yext or similar location/reputation management platforms.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, or Power BI) a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights.
- Solid understanding of UTM parameters, campaign tracking, and digital reporting workflows.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with strong attention to detail.
- Experience in healthcare or a similarly regulated industry is a plus.
