A local retail bank is seeking a Marketing Officer to join their team on an initial 1-year contract basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns to acquire and retain high-net-worth (HNW) and affluent retail customers.
- Promote premium banking wealth products, investment services, and credit cards across digital and branch channels.
- Coordinate exclusive client events, product lifestyle campaigns, and high-touch customer loyalty initiatives.
- Collaborate with product teams and external agencies to ensure smooth campaign delivery and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Solid marketing experience preferably within retail banking, financial services, or wealth management.
- Good knowledge of wealth products and campaign analytics.
- Fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua).
