About This Role

This role is for a Marketing Manager or Junior Marketing Manager who is eager to understand consumer psychology, purchasing decisions, and how to influence them through effective arguments. The position involves analytical thinking and a deep dive into complex topics, viewing marketing as a blend of psychology, strategy, and measurable outcomes within a marketing team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market and competitor analyses, delving into technical products, industries, and business models to identify untapped market opportunities and differentiation possibilities
• Analyze the motives, needs, beliefs, and objections of various B2B target groups to understand which arguments and evidence influence their purchasing decisions
• Develop positioning, offers, and compelling argumentation chains aligned with awareness and decision-making phases, leading to marketing strategies, landing pages, and direct-response campaigns
• Provide long-term support and systematic optimization for client campaigns, analyzing results, verifying marketing hypotheses, and refining target groups, messages, and strategies based on measurable outcomes
• Utilize proprietary AI systems and modern technologies for efficient research, analysis, and marketing processes, critically reviewing results and combining technological capabilities with independent strategic thinking
• Engage deeply with client business models, coordinate technical questions, and collaborate with the team to develop long-term successful marketing solutions

Requirements

• Analytical thinking and research skills: quickly grasp complex relationships, conduct thorough research, and independently learn about new industries, products, and topics
• Interest in psychology and marketing: desire to understand why people buy, how beliefs form, and which arguments influence decisions
• Strategic and linguistic understanding: ability to structure information, develop compelling argumentation chains, and formulate complex content precisely and understandably
• Results-orientation and personal responsibility: work meticulously, question results, and independently develop well-founded solutions without waiting for detailed instructions
• Technical interest and AI affinity: interest in modern AI technologies and a desire to use them specifically for better marketing processes and results
• Professional background: ideally, a degree or training in marketing, economics, psychology, or a comparable field. Analytically strong career changers and entry-level professionals are also welcome
