Marketing Manager

About the role

The role will oversee the broader marketing direction and business growth of Elephant Grounds, Encik Tan and Pao Pao, including their catering and B2B opportunities. The ideal candidate should be a well-rounded F&B marketer who can balance strategic marketing and brand management with hands-on execution, digital and social media, partnerships and a strong commercial mindset.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute campaigns, promotions, product launches and outlet openings
• Maintain clear and distinct brand identities across the portfolio
• Develop brand partnerships, corporate and B2B initiatives, catering opportunities, events and collaborations
• Identify and pursue opportunities that contribute to revenue growth
• Connect marketing activities to customer traffic, sales, revenue and overall business growth
• Evaluate campaign performance and use data to guide future initiatives
• Lead a team and manage multiple projects concurrently
• Coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders, agencies, vendors and external partners

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline is preferred
• At least five years of relevant marketing experience, ideally within the F&B, hospitality, lifestyle or retail sectors
• Experience managing multiple brands or outlets
• Strong understanding of marketing strategy, brand positioning and overall brand development
• Good knowledge of digital marketing, social media, content strategy and digital campaigns
• Able to work effectively with external agencies, creative teams and content partners
• Proven ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects concurrently
• Strong communication, organisational and project-management skills
