How you’ll make an impact in this role
- Lead the implementation of marketing campaigns and content strategies to drive patient engagement and support healthcare business goals.
- Develop detailed project work plans and track key metrics to measure, optimize, and report on campaign performance.
- Partner with clinical lines of business to align marketing initiatives with operational readiness and provider scheduling paths.
- Partner with hospitals and clinics to help better promote and market services offered at each facility
Education What minimum requirements you’ll need
- High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
What Additional Preferences We're Seeking
- High School Diploma with 3 years of experience, an Associate/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience, or 7 years of specific marketing experience.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive patient acquisition across service lines, including primary care
- Experience in hospital, clinic or healthcare marketing
