About This Role
This freelance Marketing Manager position focuses on new studio openings, supporting a high-growth beauty and wellness brand franchise portfolio. The role involves managing marketing processes from pre-opening development through the initial 90-180 days of operation, and assisting with the transition of transfer and resale studio marketing programs.
Responsibilities
- Manage all new studio opening marketing processes and franchise support across a high-growth beauty and wellness brand franchise portfolio from pre-opening development through the first 90-180 days of being open
- Support the successful transition of transfer and resale studio marketing processes and programs when the studios change ownership
- Collaborate with franchise owners in reaching and exceeding key performance indicators and new studio opening goals for high studio ramp growth and profitability
Requirements
- Franchise or customer-centric experience
- Local store, new store opening, or grassroots marketing experience preferred
- Strong proficiency and experience in digital marketing tactics and strategies, specifically related to understanding the reporting and campaigns related to Google, YouTube, and Facebook
- Experience managing marketing budgets over $15K

- Schedule: 40 hours per week
- Contract: 4-month freelance position
