Collaborate closely with experience operators, production companies, venue partners, and creative partners to craft impactful opening campaigns, ongoing marketing initiatives, and seasonal programs that drive awareness, attendance, and overall franchise engagement
Lead end-to-end brand marketing for experiences, from strategic positioning and go-to-market planning to in-market execution, translating overarching franchise goals into clear briefs, messaging frameworks, creative direction, and integrated campaigns that deeply resonate with target audiences and guests
Design and implement repeatable frameworks, toolkits, and operating models to enable scalable experiences marketing across diverse partners, venues, regions, and key franchise moments, while consistently upholding the highest brand standards in physical environments
Identify and cultivate opportunities to extend the experience into culture and community, including fan events, conventions, pop-ups, and live moments that cross-promote with other franchise pillars, generate earned media, and drive renewed interest back to the franchise
