Marketing & Feild Sales Executive

• To drive field sales and market development for Core Banking Software by building strong relationships with cooperative banks and credit societies, generating and nurturing leads, and supporting the senior sales team in converting opportunities into sustained business growth through proactive networking and consultative engagement
• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth through proactive networking and consultative engagement.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including cooperative banks and credit societies.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in marketing and field sales, preferably in the banking or financial sector.
• Strong understanding of core banking software and its applications.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
