Job Responsibilities
- Manage and grow social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and 小红书 (XHS)
- Plan and create engaging content (videos, visuals, EDMs) to drive brand awareness and sales
- Plan and Execute marketing campaigns across social media and e-commerce platforms (Shopee & Lazada)
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, optimize strategies to improve engagement and conversions
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer preferences
- Manage daily e-commerce operations such as product listings, order processing, and packing
- Support marketing events and create real-time content while engaging with customers
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Experience in social media management and content creation
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut / Adobe Premiere / similar tools preferred)
- Able to analyze campaign performance and optimize marketing strategies
- Creative, proactive, and able to work independently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
