Marketing Director - U.S. Healthcare Portfolio

About This Role

Leading marketing strategy, execution, and performance across a portfolio of U.S. healthcare businesses is the core of this Director of Marketing role. The position is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who can think strategically, understand campaign performance, identify opportunities, and drive execution, reporting directly to the founder.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies, budgets, and acquisition targets for each healthcare brand
• Oversee Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and other channels, optimizing CPL, CPA, CAC, and marketing ROI
• Lead and develop a remote team across paid media, creative, SEO, CRM, content, and web
• Improve the patient journey from lead generation through appointment booking and patient acquisition
• Establish KPIs, ensure reliable tracking and attribution, and drive decisions based on data
• Build processes, SOPs, reporting systems, and a culture of continuous testing
• Ensure marketing follows applicable U.S. healthcare privacy requirements and advertising platform policies
• Present weekly results, insights, and action plans directly to the founder

Requirements

• 5+ years in digital/performance marketing, including 2+ years in leadership
• Proven experience marketing healthcare services to patients in the United States
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads, including campaign strategy, optimization, and performance analysis
• Demonstrated success managing paid media budgets and improving patient acquisition costs and conversion rates
• Experience leading remote, multidisciplinary marketing teams
• Strong knowledge of SEO, CRM, conversion optimization, analytics, and attribution
• Experience targeting the U.S. Hispanic market
• Familiarity with HIPAA considerations and healthcare advertising policies
• Advanced English and availability during U.S. Eastern Time business hours
• Based in Latin America

Nice to have:

• Experience in telehealth, primary care, medical aesthetics, or plastic surgery
• Experience managing marketing for multiple healthcare brands
• Experience building or scaling an in-house marketing team
