Marketing Director

About This Role

This role involves owning the entire marketing department, from planning campaigns with the leadership team to leading the creative team and being responsible for the results. It suits a candidate who enjoys a fast-paced environment with a lean team and is passionate about driving sales through effective marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Own the full marketing department: set the plan with the leadership team, carry it out and answer for the results
• Set up and run paid ads with the team, and keep testing new ones
• Plan and run email and text campaigns, from a new lead’s first message to their repeat orders
• Run the marketing for webinars and new product launches, working with the sales team and Director of Product
• Lead content and social media strategy with the content team
• Handle PR and company communications
• Make sure everything put out matches the brand and tone of voice
• Track the KPIs that matter, like cost per lead, cost per sale and return on ad spend, and report them to leadership
• Plan, launch and test paid ads on platforms like Facebook and Instagram, track what each lead and sale costs, and move budget to the ads that work
• Plan the emails and texts sent to agents from signup to first order and after, and run the marketing for webinars and launches
• Decide how Aria talks to agents and which messages get them to act
• Work with the team on social content, including videos the CEO films, and review everything before it goes out
• Turn the plans agreed on with leadership into clear tasks
• Check progress during the week, help anyone who’s stuck, and do the work yourself when needed

Requirements

• 7+ years in marketing, with at least 3 years leading a team
• Experience using paid ads to help scale a business from 7 to 8 figures in revenue
• Experience running email and text campaigns that turned leads into buyers
• Strong writing skills for clear, persuasive copy for US buyers
• Design sense to guide designers and maintain brand consistency
• Ability to track KPIs that show whether marketing is working
• Experience with GoHighLevel and project tools like Monday.com
• Bilingual: fluent in English and Spanish
