Students and early-stage entrepreneurs gain hands-on guidance, expert-led training, exclusive tools, and access to a thriving community of startup builders and investors.

We have been building for over a year and are looking for a creative and driven Marketing Designer to help shape the next generation of startup education and community experiences.
Responsibilities:

Design compelling, high-impact visual assets for our marketing campaigns, social media, and internal platforms.

Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to translate complex startup concepts into engaging visual stories.

Develop and maintain our brand identity, ensuring a consistent look and feel across all digital and print touchpoints.

Create pitch decks, infographics, and promotional materials that resonate with founders and investors alike.
Qualifications:

Strong portfolio showcasing modern graphic design, branding, and typography skills.

Proficiency with Figma.

Understanding of visual hierarchy, color theory, and digital marketing trends.

A startup mindset: adaptable, proactive, and passionate about building from the ground up.
Compensation and Benefits:

Equity: 0.25%.

Post-funding pay: $40–$100/hr (based on responsibilities and impact).
