About This Role
This Marketing Coordinator role supports the company's marketing efforts, manages various projects, and ensures the seamless execution of the marketing strategy. Responsibilities
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., sales, product development) and external vendors (e.g., printers, agencies) to ensure project alignment and successful execution
- Answer phones and assist customers
- Document accordingly
- Maintain and organize marketing calendars, project plans, and asset libraries
- Assist in the creation, editing, and distribution of marketing materials, including email newsletters, social media posts, blog articles, and press releases
- Schedule and post content on various social media platforms, monitoring engagement and responding to comments in a timely and professional manner
- Support the development of presentations, brochures, and other sales enablement materials
- Assist in the setup and management of digital advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads)
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and inform future strategy
- Assist in the planning and execution of company events, trade shows, and webinars
- Handle general administrative tasks to support the marketing department's daily operations
Requirements
- Proven experience in a marketing or administrative role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail
- Proficiency in marketing software and platforms (e.g., CRM systems, email marketing tools, social media management tools)
