Marketing Coordinator

About This Role

Marketing coordinators handle incoming calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and emails from prospective students and parents, and make outbound calls to generate admissions. This role involves welcoming visitors, conducting campus tours, and explaining courses and admission procedures. It suits a responsible, professional, and target-oriented individual who can manage enquiries efficiently and build positive relationships with prospective students.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and emails from prospective students and parents
• Make outbound calls and follow up with prospective students to generate admissions
• Welcome visitors and conduct campus tours
• Explain courses, admission procedures, and approved fee structures
• Coordinate admission applications, documentation, and student records
• Follow up on pending fees and maintain payment tracking records
• Assist with marketing campaigns, social media coordination, promotional activities, and student recruitment events
• Maintain enquiry databases and prepare daily and weekly reports
• Assist the Head of Culinary with marketing-related coordination and other relevant administrative duties

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence in handling calls and interacting with students and parents
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and WhatsApp Business
• Good organisational, follow-up, and record-keeping skills
• Previous experience in marketing, admissions, sales, or customer service is preferred
• Freshers with good communication skills may also apply
