Marketing Coordinator

About This Role

Working with the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Coordinator helps bring the company's brand to life daily by creating content, planning events, and managing social media. This role suits a creative individual who enjoys hands-on work and seeing their efforts across various platforms and community events.

Responsibilities

• Keep social media active and engaging
• Update the website with job stories and before-and-after photos
• Capture photos, video, and stories from job sites and employees
• Coordinate home shows, trade shows, and community events
• Coordinate the Brand Ambassador program
• Support other departments with signage, apparel, print materials, and recruiting content

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in marketing coordination, social media, event coordination, content creation, or graphic design (or a combination of education and experience)
• Experience with social media platforms, website content tools, and design programs such as Canva or Photoshop
• Strong organization skills and the ability to juggle multiple deadlines and time-sensitive projects
• Good communication skills with the ability to speak, read, and write in English
• A sense of urgency, flexibility, and a customer-focused attitude
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and stand and walk during event setup and coverage
• Valid driver’s license, safe driving record, and timely, reliable attendance

Nice to have:

• An Associate’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Business, or a related field
