Marketing Coordinator

About This Role

This Marketing Coordinator position is for a growing agricultural equipment dealership, focusing on strengthening its presence in the agricultural and equipment industry. The role involves promoting equipment, parts, service, and the dealership, while building strong relationships with current and prospective customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain social media accounts, including creating engaging posts, photos, videos, and other content
• Create marketing materials, advertisements, flyers, email campaigns, and promotional content
• Photograph and create content featuring agricultural and construction equipment, dealership activities, customers, and events
• Maintain and update website content, product listings, promotions, and dealership information
• Coordinate advertising across social media, print, digital, and other marketing channels
• Assist with planning, promoting, and coordinating trade shows, field days, customer events, and other dealership activities
• Work with the sales, parts, and service departments to identify marketing opportunities and promote current inventory, products, and services
• Assist with equipment promotions, product launches, seasonal campaigns, and special offers
• Monitor marketing performance and engagement and make recommendations for improvement
• Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns for the dealership
• Maintain consistent branding and messaging across all marketing materials and platforms
• Research industry trends, competitors, and new marketing opportunities
• Help maintain customer and prospect databases and assist with email marketing and customer outreach
• Coordinate with manufacturers and equipment brands on promotional materials and marketing programs
• Perform other marketing and administrative duties as needed
