About This Role
This role involves leading marketing and communications efforts, with a focus on social media and AI marketing for roasted coffee products. The manager will also be responsible for team leadership, content creation, and expanding the company's coffee shop franchise chain. Responsibilities
- Implement AI marketing campaigns for roasted coffee products on Fanpage, Facebook groups, and the company website
- Build personal branding and product brand image, create content on social media platforms like Facebook Reel, TikTok, Youtube Short, and Zalo, specifically for roasted coffee products
- Develop the nationwide coffee shop franchise chain
- Work with Agencies
- Recruit and structure marketing personnel, combining with the e-commerce operations team, sales team, and franchise consulting team
- Coordinate and utilize staff, provide training to enhance employee skills and capabilities, foster a happy cultural environment, a creative and open workspace, and propose timely and reasonable reward policies
- Represent the Board of Directors as a bridge to alleviate employee psychological and mental stress
- Monitor the implementation and completion of daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs for employees
- Use AI to design images, clips, and content for posting on Facebook/TikTok/Youtube/Zalo communication channels
- Review content and images posted on Facebook groups and websites like Chotot
Requirements
- Creative thinking, with the ability to transform ordinary things into interesting stories
- Sensitive to trends, with a clear understanding of new trends
- 2 years of experience in a similar position, with experience in building, leading, and developing teams
- Proficient in using AI for video editing and content writing
- College or university degree
- Gentle, subtle, and profound personality
