Job Overview
The Marketing and Communications Specialist will play a vital role in establishing brand recognition, organizing and executing events, managing relationships with partners, guests, film studio reps, and on-site talent.
Responsibilities
Job Duties include but are not limited to:
- Work jointly with location management and corporate entities to determine marketing and promotional goals and systems.
- Collaborate with publicity and events teams to develop mutually beneficial public relations and advertising opportunities.
- Oversee the planning and execution of major theatrical releases and associated promotions.
- Oversee the planning and execution of private rentals, parties, and special events.
- Work with corporate members to govern public, media, and press relationships.
- Represent the B&B mission and core values.
- Accurately report on efforts to relevant parties.
- Assist with any theatre-related duties as necessary.
- Cleaning.
Qualifications
- Must have the availability to open and/or close regularly.
- Demonstrated talent, creativity, organizational skills, and interpersonal abilities.
- Extensive experience in marketing and event management.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated proficiency in developing and executing promotional strategies.
- Expertise in event planning and execution.
- Comprehensive knowledge of public relations and media relations.
- Strong alignment with B&B Theatres' mission and core values.
- Strong reporting skills.
- Ability to assist with various theater-related duties.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
