About the role
DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Bertanggung jawab untuk mengembangkan jaringan agent (Business Agent/BA) serta mendorong pencapaian target penjualan produk Mobil melalui aktivitas rekrutmen, pembinaan, dan pengelolaan agent secara aktif di lapangan.
- Mencapai target penjualan (booking) melalui jaringan agent.
- Melakukan rekrutmen agent baru untuk memperluas jaringan bisnis.
- Menjalin dan menjaga hubungan baik dengan agent agar tetap aktif dan produktif.
- Melakukan aktivitas harian lapangan, seperti:
- Kunjungan (visit)
- Follow up (call/WA)
- Pendampingan agent dalam proses penjualan
- Memastikan agent menghasilkan aplikasi hingga proses pembiayaan selesai (closing/golive)
- Monitoring dan meningkatkan produktivitas agent (jumlah agent aktif & performa)
- Melakukan pencatatan dan pelaporan aktivitas secara rutin
KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM
- Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK (lebih disukai D3/S1).
- Memiliki pengalaman di bidang sales/marketing menjadi nilai tambah.
- Terbiasa bekerja dengan target.
- Memiliki kendaraan pribadi dan SIM C/A Aktif.
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan negosiasi yang baik.
- Aktif, disiplin, dan mampu bekerja di lapangan.
- Memiliki jaringan relasi menjadi nilai plus.
