The Qualifications We Seek
- 3-5 years of experience working with WordPress VIP or similar Content Management Systems (CMS)
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Manager, or similar marketing automation platforms
- Strong working knowledge of HTML and SQL to support digital marketing operations and campaign execution
- Experience managing digital marketing campaigns across email, SMS, web, or other customer engagement channels

What You'll Do
- Manage CMS platforms supporting subscriber acquisition and digital audience growth
- Execute website content, branding, promotional offers, testing, deployment, optimization, and quality assurance activities
- Build, test, and deploy personalized email and SMS campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar platforms
- Support customer engagement, dynamic pricing, and retention initiatives alongside cross-functional teams
- Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns integrated with product notifications and social media platforms
- Analyze campaign performance, subscriber behavior, and engagement metrics to identify optimization opportunities
- Drive continuous improvements in conversion rates, marketing automation, and operational efficiency
- Partner with product, technology, and marketing stakeholders to enhance campaign execution and platform capabilities
- Maintain high standards of accuracy, customer experience, and operational excellence across all marketing activities
- Support experimentation, A/B testing, and rapid optimization initiatives to improve subscriber outcomes
- Build expertise across marketing technologies, business processes, and digital performance measurement tools
- Take ownership of campaigns from planning through execution and post-campaign analysis
