Marketing Automation Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical architecture of the CRM platform, managing database hygiene, complex segmentation logic, and system governance.
• Engineer, test, and deploy automated email workflows to ensure flawless deliverability, rendering, and accurate performance tracking.
• Collaborate with digital and IT teams to seamlessly integrate web forms, landing pages, and core customer databases into one ecosystem.
• Analyze system performance to proactively troubleshoot data flow, resolve sync errors, and optimize the customer journey.

Qualifications:

• 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in marketing operations or CRM administration within a Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) environment.
• Deep technical expertise managing major marketing automation engines (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Marketo).
• Proven track record of owning complex database architecture, segmentation logic, and API/tool integrations.
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate non-technical strategic briefs into robust, automated technical workflows.

Bonus Points: Active platform certifications (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo) or previous experience navigating compliance within the healthcare or insurance sectors.
