Position Overview

Are you interested in marketing products and services based on customer needs? If so, consider working in the Mike Orn State Farm office. As a member of our agency team, you will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products including auto, home and life insurance. You also have the opportunity to experience first-hand what it takes to be a State Farm Agent. This position will allow you to experience working in an agent's office and explore the opportunity to become a State Farm agent yourself.

Responsibilities

  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
