Marketing Analyst

About This Role

The Marketing Analyst is responsible for business planning, daily and weekly performance reporting, and liaising with the region on local programs. This role supports program execution for the country, providing results, data, and reporting on monthly performance, and integrates marketing data from various sources to produce reports and support the marketing of UPS products and services.

Responsibilities

• Create and provide standard reports to Sales and Country BPT of customer's performance
• Identify gaps in plan performance to identify opportunities for improvement
• Create and utilize standardized information sources, tools, and methods to identify high impact customers
• Develop local programs for keeping profitable customers, improving least profitable / compliant, and churn reduction
• Conduct root cause investigation of client characteristics versus plan
• Evaluate customer's shipping profile and provide recommendation for country to support local waivers
• Support pricing analysis and rate changes
• Assist coloader/resellers/non-sales account customers with pricing requests and inter-departmental coordination
• Serve as the primary contact for indirect sales channels
• Help drive partnerships with resellers in the market

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Good command in writing and oral communication
• Meticulous with strong attention to details
• Demonstrate good numerate skills
• Matured thinking
• Dependable and requires minimum supervision
• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
