About This Role
This newly created Sales Support Analyst position is a key player in identifying business opportunities and analyzing new and existing data for a Real Estate Investment firm. The role involves supporting investor outreach, market analysis, and sales enablement.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify potential investors (HNW, FO, and PE groups) using data-driven research
- Maintain and optimize the Juniper Square CRM, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in investor tracking
- Set up meetings, manage follow-ups, and ensure prompt responses to investor inquiries
- Monitor industry trends, track competitor activities, and provide insights that enhance investor positioning
- Identify inefficiencies in the capital raising process and implement tech-driven solutions
- Generate investor engagement reports, analyze success metrics, and support leadership with actionable insights
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, acquisitions, and leadership to ensure seamless execution of fundraising initiatives
- Marketing and production of deliverables for going to market
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administrative, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in sales operations, financial analysis, investor relations, or related fields
- Strong proficiency in CRM systems (Juniper Square preferred), data analysis tools, and automation platforms
- Familiarity with private equity, real estate investment strategies, and capital markets preferred
- Highly Analytical: ability to synthesize data, identify patterns, and provide meaningful insights
- Tech-Savvy: comfortable working with AI-driven tools, automation software, and CRM systems
- Process-Oriented: thrives on creating structure and efficiency in a fast-paced environment
- Self-Starter: takes ownership of projects, anticipates challenges, and drives execution without constant oversight
- Strong Communicator: able to translate complex data into actionable insights and investor-friendly reports
