Marketing Analyst

About This Role

This role involves owning content, campaigns, and event execution to translate Ecosuite's technology and customer successes into compelling stories and materials. The Marketing Analyst will work closely with the Business Development team and report to the CEO, focusing on moving buyers through a technical B2B sales cycle.

Responsibilities

• Write new content highlighting technology and customer success stories, translating technical concepts (edge compute, software platform, O&M benefits, mobile experience, VPPs, Predictive ML, AI applications) into clear, compelling narratives
• Develop messaging and sales enablement materials for new product rollouts
• Own and organize the content library (website copy, case studies, whitepapers, blog posts, LinkedIn posts, sales collateral) for effective reuse
• Keep website copy current and aligned with campaigns and product updates
• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (email, LinkedIn, and other channels) that generate leads and move prospects through the funnel
• Partner with sales and leadership on positioning and campaign strategy, taking campaigns from plan to execution
• Leverage existing internal tools (Ecosuite’s Internal Growth Stack, Salesflare, Social Champ, LinkedIn) and research/implement new tools to accelerate impact
• Own planning and logistics for industry events, trade shows, and virtual webinars (registration, material prep, follow-up, on-the-ground coordination)
• Coordinate Ecosuite's presence and messaging at events like RE+, NYSEIA, SolarPlaza Asset Management Summit
• Track and report on sales and marketing KPIs relevant to the sales motion (e.g., marketing content engagement, campaign performance, qualified calls, product demos, quotes delivered), categorizing by buying persona and user category
• Maintain and organize pipeline data in Salesflare to help leadership spot bottlenecks and speed up the sales cycle
• Monitor DER and B2B SaaS industry trends and competitor positioning, and flag opportunities

Requirements

• 1–3 years in marketing, GTM, or content roles
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong written and verbal communication, with a track record of turning technical subject matter into clear, engaging content
• Comfortable owning a content calendar, campaign timeline, and event logistics simultaneously
• Able to work with CRM and marketing analytics tools to track performance and report clearly, comfortable with numbers and leveraging AI to empower human-first engagements
• Self-motivated and resourceful; able to move a project forward without constant direction in a fast-paced startup environment
• Genuine interest in renewable energy, sustainability, and energy technology
