Marketing Analyst

About This Role

This Marketing Analyst role supports business and marketing objectives with clients and partners, focusing on developing and implementing client and market plans, executing campaigns, and measuring engagements. The position involves working across various stakeholders to advance economic inclusion and drive marketing success, requiring quick problem-solving skills and the ability to utilize data and analytics for effective decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans in collaboration with account executives and stakeholders
• Execute campaigns and programs, including promotions, events, marketing communications, sponsorships, partnerships, digital marketing, and sales support
• Utilize data, analytics, and insights to measure marketing effectiveness and drive decision-making
• Conduct analyses and research to support strategic planning and marketing plan development
• Identify actionable consumer insights and opportunities through data analysis and consumer understanding programs
• Ensure compliance with processes, controls, and brand standards
• Manage marketing budgets and reporting
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data consistency and integrity
• Design and update dashboards to communicate key performance indicators and campaign outcomes

Requirements

• 2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)
• Experience in media and marketing analytics
• Experience in developing and implementing marketing plans
• Experience in campaign execution and measurement
• Experience in data analysis and reporting
• Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams

Nice to have:

• 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
• Experience in managing media budgets and optimizing for ROI
• Experience in digital platforms and channel strategies
• Experience in sales presentations and advising clients
• Experience in creating dashboards and performance reports
