Permanent Salary & Bonus potential
- $95,000-$129,000/year
- Bonus: Branch and Personal Commission
Responsibilities
- Identify top accounts and key client prospects in need of Randstad’s Engineering workforce services & solutions for permanent & temporary positions (55% of the day)
- Design and execute a sales strategy focused on building regional density, new logo capture, wallet share expansion within energy, EPC, advanced manufacturing, automation, robotics, and other technical market segments.
- Serve as a trusted partner and primary client POC- build strong relationships with hiring managers
- Execute a consistent multi-channel business development strategy: phone calls, emails, virtual and on-site client meetings, networking events, strategic partnerships
- Negotiate pricing to ensure maximum return on quality solutions
- Responsible for managing all aspects of the team (3-5 direct reports), driving productivity and profitability (35% of the day)
- Oversee 3 new industry staff members, ensuring that they are appropriately equipped with the knowledge, training and tools to effectively execute their jobs
- Lead, engage, develop and grow account teams, holding others accountable, having coaching conversations, conducting performance reviews, and ensuring Individual Development Plans are in place
- Own the P&L performance of the branch, regional sales and recruitment strategy (10% of the day)
- Leverage multiple channels to proactively recruit active and passive talent while embracing new tools and strategies to attract the best candidates
- This is NOT an Account Manager role
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience within the Staffing Industry (Sales Team Lead/Assistant Manager/Manager/Market Manager/Practice Manager) *must have touched Engineering Staffing from a sales perspective
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Passion for results, resilience, self-confidence, self driven and the desire to do an exceptional job
- Strong history of being the best at whatever you have done in the past
- Technically competency and the ability to connect with others
- Track record of delivering results in a metrics-driven environment
- Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills
- Possess a natural curiosity and relentless determination to make things happen - you like to WIN!
- Bachelor’s degree (highly preferred but not required)

Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Based on eligibility, a successful candidate's total compensation may include a variable pay plan including bonus(es) and/or commission(s). In setting compensation, Randstad complies with all local wage and hour laws and while the pay range listed above is an annual amount, non-exempt employees will be paid hourly and therefore receive the hourly equivalent.
Pay Rate: $76,323-$129,548
