About the Opportunity:
The Market Associate role focuses on supporting and growing a portfolio of host entrepreneurs within a specific territory. The position contributes by fostering strong host relationships, optimizing their listings and pricing, and enhancing their overall success on the platform. This role is essential in driving host retention and growth, ensuring hosts deliver high-quality hospitality experiences, and supporting broader education initiatives within the team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of host entrepreneurs and rising hosts to ensure retention, growth, and optimization.
- Conduct one-on-one conversations to onboard and advise hosts on pricing, availability, and listing quality.
- Secure availability during high-demand dates to maximize host revenue.
- Educate hosts on product updates and policy changes while relaying feedback to internal teams.
- Respond promptly to host inquiries, providing high-quality support.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends and opportunities for increased bookings and host success.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with hosts, tailoring support to their needs.
- Assist Market Managers in delivering group education programs such as webinars and mass communications.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in new sales, account management, or partner support.
- At least 2 years in the hospitality or travel industry is preferred.
- Strong time management and ability to handle multiple accounts effectively.
- Proven track record in managing a book of business with a focus on engagement and growth.
- Goal-oriented with persistence and a proactive approach.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills across phone, email, and in-person.
- Experience with CRM tools, especially in managing leads and opportunities (Salesforce is a plus).
- Fluent in English; Spanish fluency is beneficial.
- Must be based in Florida due to the position's requirements.
