About This Role
This role is for a Maritime Engineer to join Italtecnic S.r.l., a company within the Preve Costruzioni S.p.A. Group. The engineer will have an operational and managerial role in leading projects in the maritime, port, and nautical sectors, coordinating technical and construction site activities, and contributing to the development of new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate construction site activities
- Manage projects, monitoring timelines, costs, resources, and work progress
- Coordinate clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and operational personnel
- Organize and supervise the use of maritime vehicles, pontoons, boats, equipment, and personnel
- Verify the correct execution of activities and intervene in the management of any critical issues
- Prepare estimates, technical offers, and project and construction site documentation
- Support the management of technical, authorization, and safety aspects
- Conduct site inspections and participate in technical meetings with clients and project stakeholders
- Contribute to the research and development of new clients, projects, and business opportunities
- Develop and consolidate relationships with ports, shipyards, marinas, nautical operators, and companies in the sector
Requirements
- Degree in Naval, Civil, Hydraulic, Environmental Engineering or equivalent technical qualification/training
- Experience, even initial, or strong interest in maritime, port, nautical works, or underwater works
- Planning, organization, and coordination skills
- Good problem-solving and critical issue management skills
- Operational autonomy and results orientation
- Willingness to perform activities both in the office and directly in the field
- Willingness to travel nationally
