About the role

· Location: Paya Lebar
· 5 days work week, 9am to 5pm, Hybrid working arrangement
Responsibilities:
- Handle client enquiries for marine operations
- Liaise with business support team to ensure contracts and quotes are prepared and sent in a timely and efficient manner
- Ensure that all operations are carried out in accordance with standard guidelines and regulations
- Co-ordinate the mobilisation & demobilisation of equipment from storage to offshore location
- Monitor all vessels movements, weather changes and any other factors which may affect the operation
- Update client with status of their operation, throughout entire operation
- Handle post operation logistics and documentation
- Comply with requirements of the safe working practices and safety procedures that apply to the work being undertaken
- Travelling within Singapore and abroad to visit new and existing clients, in order to market the Company's products & services
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Maritime studies or related offshore logistics operation qualification
- Candidates without related working experience but possess the necessary qualifications are welcome to apply as training will be provided
- Ability to travel overseas for training and visit clients when needed (about 2 to 3 times a year)
