Manufacturing Technician

About This Role

This manufacturing technician role provides daily production support from a technical perspective, ensuring smooth operations on a shift-by-shift basis. The position involves training new operators and responding to production abnormalities.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily production support shift by shift from a technical perspective
• Train new operators and assess their skill to a good level
• Check production equipment, tooling, processes, and parameters in case of abnormality
• React to daily Andon by RPS and follow the escalation process to engineers
• Drive continuous improvement through Kaizen, cycle time, change over, standard work, 5S, etc.

Requirements

• High School degree minimum
• 2–5 years’ experience in assembly plant/process (tightening, camera, robot, leak testing, balancing, etc.)

Nice to have:

• Technical Degree
• Experience in electronics factories and clean room
