You will report directly to the Assembly Operations Manager and be part of an organization committed to excellence.

Responsibilities

• Dive into each day with a clear set of work instructions that guide you in producing high-quality assemblies
• Collaborate closely with manufacturing engineers to shape the smartest, most efficient approaches to every production task
• Bring a blend of scientific curiosity and analytical problem-solving to troubleshoot challenges and uncover effective solutions
• Use hands-on mechanical expertise to keep work moving smoothly
• Rely on established procedures and policies to make sound, well-informed decisions when navigating common production obstacles
• Champion a strong safety culture, ensuring every activity aligns with worker protection standards
• Consistently uphold the highest levels of procedural discipline and operational excellence

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to currently hold—or obtain—a “Q” Clearance
• A solid foundation in Manufacturing and Assembly practices
• The ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision
• Strong listening, communication, and teamwork skills
• High personal integrity, professionalism, and commitment to quality
• The ability to read and follow technical drawings and detailed work instructions
