Manufacturing Technician

About This Role

Operating and maintaining production equipment in a manufacturing environment is the core of this technician role, ensuring optimal performance and product quality. The position suits a candidate with a technical vocational background and experience in maintenance and repair.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment according to established procedures and control plans, ensuring optimal performance, product quality, and compliance with food safety standards such as HACCP and GMP
• Monitor equipment parameters, perform troubleshooting, and carry out maintenance tasks—including cleaning, lubrication, and filter replacement—to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations
• Conduct pre- and post-operation checks, including Cleaning-in-Place (CIP) procedures, and ensure the availability of required raw and packaging materials before starting production
• Maintain accurate records of equipment performance, identify non-conformities, and take corrective actions to ensure continuous compliance with operational and quality standards
• Support operational efficiency through timely changeovers, adherence to good manufacturing practices, and active participation in company-wide safety, quality, and improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Graduate of a two-year technical vocational course
• At least six months of work experience
• Background in Maintenance and Repair (Facilities & Machinery) or a related field
