Being a hands-on leader assigned where the operation needs you most is the core of this Manufacturing Supervisor (Floater) role at the fully integrated Clarios plant. As a floater, you will rotate across shifts, lines, or departments to provide coverage, stabilize teams, and lead through change, whether that's covering vacancies, supporting new launches, or stepping in during peak demand. You'll lead 15–20 unionized production team members, owning daily shift execution across battery manufacturing lines, and be accountable for safety, production targets, staffing, employee relations, and performance on the floor.
