Overseeing daily manufacturing activities and leading shop floor personnel to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production is the core of this supervisory role. This position coordinates labor, materials, equipment, and workflow to meet production schedules while maintaining company standards for safety, quality, and operational efficiency. The Manufacturing Supervisor works closely with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Materials teams to ensure production processes run smoothly, resolve issues quickly, and continuously improve manufacturing performance.
