This position is responsible for managing all manufacturing areas to ensure that production, quality and safety standards are achieved according to set production schedules.
Bachelor R
A minimum of 5 years in a manufacturing environment
A minimum of 2 years effectively leading others
Knowledge of ERP system
Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and prioritization skills
Strong leadership skills, with demonstrated ability to supervise and manage others
Ability to think strategically and tactically with a solid business acumen and understanding of multiple functional areas
Highly collaborative, able to work effectively across functions and support an environment of innovation and creative change
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Proficient in Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Proficient in ISO 9001 Certification Experience
Proficient in Production Planning & Scheduling
Proficient in Workplace Safety & EHS Management
