- Select new technologies for "cutting tools" .
- Introduce new technology and tools to improve current manufacturing processes .
- Monthly Supervision .
- Critical decision and solve problems, may affects company goals .
- Ability to impact business .
- Mature‐Seniors employee supervision .
- Responsible of the team tasks .
- Needs judgment and creativity to make changes, needs negotiation .
- Analysis helps and impacts company's decision .
- Analysis to make department's decision and could impact to other areas .
- Mentor training.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Other Requirements:
- Numerical control machines knowledge.
- Training matrix.
- Previous position Manufacturing Engineer level 3.
- Training for ME - NC.
