About the role
We are seeking a Manufacturing Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to support manufacturing operations through data analytics, reporting, and dashboard development. This role will transform operational and financial data into actionable insights that drive decision-making, improve efficiency, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for manufacturing and financial performance.
- Create data models, DAX calculations, and Power Query transformations.
- Analyze manufacturing KPIs including OEE, Yield, Scrap, Downtime, Throughput, WIP, Inventory, OTD, and Labor Productivity.
- Support production cost analysis, Budget vs. Actual reporting, and cost variance analysis.
- Partner with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, and IT teams to identify reporting needs and business opportunities.
- Extract, validate, and integrate data from SAP, MES, SQL databases, and other business systems.
- Ensure data accuracy, reporting integrity, and support data governance initiatives.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve operational performance.
