About the role
- Design, execute, and maintain manual test cases for web, mobile, and backend features based on product requirements and specifications. - Perform functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing to ensure product quality. - Analyze test results, identify root causes of defects, and report bugs with clear, detailed evidence. - Collaborate closely with developers, Product Owners, and other QA members to clarify requirements and align test approaches. - Participate in reviewing test cases, test plans, and requirement documents to ensure coverage and consistency. - Contribute to improving QA processes, ensuring efficiency in test execution and defect tracking.

- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in manual software testing. - Strong understanding of software testing principles, test design techniques, and SDLC/STLC. - Experience in creating and maintaining test cases, test plans, and bug reports. - Familiar with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, Zephyr). - Experience with API testing using Postman or similar tools. - Ability to analyze requirements and identify potential risks or gaps in testing coverage. - Good English communication skills – able to report bugs and collaborate effectively with international teams. * Nice to Have: - Basic knowledge or exposure to test automation (Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, or similar) is plus point. - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum working environments. - Experience working in projects that require cross-browser or cross-platform testing. - Knowledge of SQL for basic data verification.
