Mandatory Internship in Human Resources

About This Role

This mandatory internship offers the opportunity to dive into the world of an HR Business Partner team, actively supporting and strengthening leaders and employees. The role involves contributing to shaping the future of the company while fostering individual employee development.

Responsibilities

• Support assistants and independently work on projects central to the HR department
• Coordinate core HR processes
• Participate in employee development discussions
• Participate in exciting HR projects that drive the organization forward
• Identify optimization potential in existing processes and contribute innovative ideas
• Gain valuable insights through shadowing in various cross-sectional HR areas, including employee development, HR marketing, and HR services

Requirements

• Education: Studies in economics, social sciences, psychology, pedagogy, or comparable fields with a focus on human resources
• Experience and know-how: Proficient in MS Office and initial practical experience
• Personality and working style: Easy to communicate with others and client-oriented; creative, reliable, and independent, making you a valuable team member; flexible for deployment in various areas
• Enthusiasm: Engagement and enthusiasm are contagious, team collaboration motivates you, and you are ready to tackle new challenges with joy
• Languages: Fluent German and very good English
• Enrollment at a university
