Mandarin Translator

About This Role

This role involves supporting effective communication between Chinese-speaking management and employees and local employees within a manufacturing environment. The position suits a Mandarin Translator who can facilitate daily communication, meetings, and various workplace activities.

Responsibilities

• Translate Mandarin Bahasa Indonesia for daily communication, meetings, and workplace activities
• Assist Chinese management and employees in communicating effectively with local employees
• Translate documents, instructions, reports, SOPs, and other work-related materials
• Accompany and provide interpretation support during meetings, training, factory activities, and business discussions
• Ensure accurate translation while maintaining the original meaning and context
• Assist with communication between departments when required
• Perform other translation and administrative tasks related to the position

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mandarin, Chinese Language, Translation, Management, or related fields
• Fluent in Mandarin and Bahasa Indonesia, both spoken and written
• HSK certification is preferred
• Previous experience as a Mandarin Translator, Interpreter, or in a Chinese-managed manufacturing environment is preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively with Chinese and Indonesian teams
• Willing to work onsite in Cileungsi, Bogor
• Fresh graduates with strong Mandarin skills are welcome to apply
