YOUR MISSION
As part of our expansion, we are looking for a Managing Director to build and drive the growth of SII Denmark.
In this role, you will play a key part in SII’s success in Denmark: as a true intrapreneur, you will have the opportunity to develop the local business, grow your team and manage your own P&L
Your day-to-day responsibilities will revolve around three main areas:
- Business & P&L Management
Prospecting new clients, driving the development of SII Denmark, defining business priorities, monitoring the performance and profitability of the activity, managing your P&L and contributing to the local strategy in close collaboration with SII Group.
- Recruitment & Team Management:
defining the recruitment strategy, sourcing and interviewing candidates, and supporting the development of your consultants throughout their careers at SII.
YOUR PROFILE
Graduated from an engineering or business school, you have 3 to 6 years of experience as a Senior Business Manager or experienced Business Manager within a consulting or IT services company.
You have demonstrated your ability to develop business, build strong client relationships and manage consultants, and you are now looking to take the next step in your career by taking on broader business and management responsibilities.
We value ambition, a results-driven mindset, autonomy, rigor, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to take on challenges.
You have excellent communication and negotiation skills and know how to bring people together around common goals
You are fluent in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of French and/or Danish, as well as previous experience in the Nordic market, would be a plus.
