Job Description As Managing Director, you will lead the emerging Agentic AI practice across EMESA, advising C-suite executives on autonomous business models. You will bridge the gap between strategy and execution, originating multi-million dollar transformation programs and architecting complex multi-agent systems that operationalize AI ambition into real-world production, governance, and measurable value.

What You Will Do

• Originate and sell multi-year AI transformation programs, advising CEOs and CTOs on the strategic role of autonomous agents in operations.
• Define enterprise-scale AI target architectures, including multi-agent orchestration, LLM platform stacks, and complex integration with core business systems.
• Steer cross-functional delivery teams through the entire lifecycle, from initial proof-of-concept to full-scale operationalized AI governance and risk controls.

The ideal candidate

• Proven track record at Director, VP, or Partner level within professional services, with a demonstrated ability to sell multi-million dollar technology programs.
• Deep technical expertise in GenAI, LLMs, and multi-agent system orchestration, capable of maintaining high technical credibility with enterprise CTOs.
• Exceptional bilingual communication skills for non-UK markets and a background in leading complex, enterprise-level digital transformations from strategy to production.
