Key Responsibilities For The Managing Director / Managing CPA
- Lead and grow relationships with the firm's most important business and family clients.
- Provide strategic tax planning, financial advisory, succession planning, and business consulting services.
- Serve as senior advisor on complex business and individual tax matters.
- Drive modernization initiatives involving technology, AI, workflow, and operational improvements.
- Develop staff, mentor future leaders, and support continued firm growth.
- Help guide pricing, client selection, and strategic business decisions.
Qualifications For The Managing Director / Managing CPA
- CPA designation required.
- Approximately 15+ years of public accounting experience.
- Experience advising privately held, family-owned, or closely held businesses.
- Background as a Manager, Senior Manager, Director, Principal, Partner, Firm Owner, or similar public accounting leader.
