Manager - Technology Assurance & Business Development

About This Role

This managerial position combines technology auditing and business development to make a significant impact. It involves driving technology audit projects while actively contributing to the commercial growth of the practice. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team that connects auditing, technology, and data analytics to address client challenges.

Responsibilities

• Lead audit projects, management control, and system review, ensuring quality, compliance, and client value
• Manage client relationships, acting as a strategic partner and anticipating opportunities
• Drive commercial development: identify opportunities, propose solutions, and grow accounts
• Supervise deliverables and ensure technical excellence standards
• Integrate data analytics and technology into audit solutions
• Generate executive reports and support client decision-making
• Develop and empower high-performing teams

Requirements

• Background in Audit, Engineering, Management Control, IT, or similar
• 5+ years of experience in audit, technology, or internal control
• Experience leading complex teams and projects
• Knowledge of frameworks: COSO, COBIT, SOX, ITIL, ISO 27001/27002, IFRS
• Strong client focus and business development skills (key differentiator)
• Analytical ability, strategic vision, and results orientation
