Responsibilities

• Lead talent acquisition initiatives by implementing strategies that align with business objectives and enhance performance
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job requisition, sourcing, screening, and onboarding, within compliance frameworks
• Ensure departmental hiring needs are fulfilled with quality candidates promptly and cost-effectively
• Guide the talent acquisition team in developing sourcing strategies to build a pipeline for current and future staffing requirements
• Establish recruitment metrics, analyze team performance, and adapt strategies to optimize staffing operations
• Partner with HR and other departments to assess and enhance the effectiveness of recruitment tools and processes
• Conduct in-depth analysis of recruiting trends, providing strategic recommendations for process improvements, and enhancing employee engagement
• Cultivate and maintain external relationships to source diverse talent and promote the company's brand as an employer of choice
• Consistently exercise independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance
• Maintain regular, consistent and punctual attendance
• Work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
