About the role
Purpose/Objective
To strategically lead and execute talent acquisition initiatives for Adani Natural Resources (ANR), ensuring the timely fulfillment of critical manpower requirements across mining, metals, and resource trading sectors.
This role is pivotal in driving the sourcing strategy, market intelligence, and pipeline development to support ANR’s rapid scaling and energy transition goals, aligning talent delivery with the overarching vision of sustainable nation-building and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities of Role
- Collaborate with the TA Head and key business stakeholders to design and execute robust sourcing strategies that meet the dynamic hiring demands of the Natural Resources business unit.
- Conduct comprehensive market mapping and competitor analysis to identify potential talent pools for critical and niche roles in mining, resource trading, and metals.
- Spearhead direct sourcing techniques to proactively build pipelines for both volume requirements and specialized leadership hiring.
- Evaluate and assess potential candidates thoroughly for functional expertise and cultural fitment within the Adani ecosystem.
- Gather, synthesize, and analyze talent market data to provide actionable insights, supporting data-driven hiring decisions by the senior management.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations outlining research findings on industry trends, talent availability, and compensation benchmarking.
- Ensure strict adherence to internal HR compliance, process documentation, and audit requirements throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Cultivate and manage an extensive network of active and passive candidates to reduce time-to-hire for upcoming business expansions.
- Step in to lead executive and specialized hiring initiatives in the absence of the TA Head, ensuring continuity of critical talent acquisition functions.

Qualifications and Experience

- Demonstrated success in managing complex stakeholder relationships and delivering talent solutions in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
